New Thing #29: Running Up a Storm

  Not really. But still, I was close.

  Quick post today, as six hours of homework over a weekend, most on a computer, really doesn't mean you want to spend a lot of time on a computer after that...

  So today, in between studying/homework, I knew I needed a break and suddenly felt like running. To give you the full story, basically I was a cross country runner in primary/elementary school and a fairly decent one. But in high school, I got to the point where I didn't have the time to go jogging, so I stopped. All exercise.

  Since then, I have swum occasionally and ran a few times, but in the last two and a half years, that isn't much. So today I ran five kilometres on a cross trainer in twenty two  minutes!! So I was quite happy with my effort, as that is 4 minutes something per kilometre!

  Got to go!
